With over 20 years of wine industry experience, Kevin oversees all farming operations for North Coast Wine Co. and manages all our integral grower relations with vintners throughout the North Coast wine region.

Striving for innovation while leading an empowered team, Melissa looks forward to continuing the family wine legacy on the North Coast. With over 15 years of experience in the wine industry, Melissa oversees sales, distribution, and marketing for North Coast Wine Co.

Joseph has been involved in the family wine business from an early age: from selling produce at local farmers markets, bussing tables at the family winery café, helping in the vineyards during harvest, and traveling around the country for wine events. Currently spending winters as a ski instructor on the slopes of Utah and summers on trails around the country, Joseph looks forward to his next adventure with North Coast Wine Co.

Connor views North Coast Wine Co as the brainchild of the 6th generation of the Phillips family: a new take on old family practices. For the time being, Connor’s role is from afar as he pursues a career in guiding, instructing, teaching, and adventuring in Jackson, WY, all while never forgetting that his California roots are as deep as those of the vines that his ancestors first planted over 150 years ago.

Raised in Lodi, Mike worked harvests from a young age. After college, he wanted to show the wine world what Lodi was capable of and started planting unexpected varietals. In 1984, he opened a small tasting room at his parents’ farmstand, which would later become our sister property, Michael David Winery.

Working the family farm and vineyards from a young age, Dave returned to Lodi in 1989 after graduation, a job in the wine cork industry, and backpacking the world. Since then, he’s combined his love of wine with his love of travelling as Co-Owner & President of our sister property, Michael David Winery.

With over 17 years of wine industry experience, Jen's passion for winemaking, her love of the Alexander Valley, and enthusiasm for growth is what lead her to North Coast Wine Co. As our General Manager, Jen has played an essential role from the very beginning, managing both winery operations and the launch of Outerbound wines.

Always one to forge a different path, Phillip left his law career to pursue a passion in wine, working harvests in Australia and South Africa before settling into his career on the North Coast. Drawing inspiration from this region's diverse terroir, Phillip’s precision and careful preparation have led him to push the limits of discovery, showcasing the incredible wine the North Coast has to offer.
